All prices include VAT — most agencies quote ex-VAT, so compare carefully. 6-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. One-time onboarding fee of £249 applies. Extra work outside your package is £45 an hour. Your website belongs to you after 12 months. Launch timelines depend on your package — from 14 working days on Essentials up to 4–6 weeks on Partner — and if we miss the date we agreed, the onboarding fee is refunded.

Questions you're probably thinking right now
No problem. We can take over hosting and maintenance of your existing site and rebrand it if needed. You just get the package pricing (£99–£599) minus any build work.
There is an initial 6-month commitment. After that, you can go month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no exit fees. Your site files transfer to you after 12 months of continuous service.
Three things: (1) Our prices are published — no "contact us for a quote." (2) From Growth upward, we track real search terms and report on them monthly, not vague "SEO" promises. (3) We're Leeds-based and Leeds-focused — not a national agency with a Leeds landing page.
Social media and our AI Website Assistant are both optional add-ons rather than bundled inclusions. Social Planning is £99 a month and Managed Social starts at £249 a month. The AI Website Assistant is £79 a month, available with Growth, Local Pro and Partner, with a £149 setup fee unless taken at onboarding, when it's included in your £249 onboarding.
You do — all of it. Your domain and Google Business Profile are set up in your name from day one. Your social pages stay your property: we manage them through each platform's official partner access, never by holding your passwords. Your email runs on your own domain, and the site files transfer to you after 12 months. If you ever leave, you remove our access and keep everything. No hostages.

Every site includes SSL encryption, automatic DDoS protection and a web application firewall, and runs on the same enterprise infrastructure that powers major global brands — independently certified to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. Because your site is custom-coded rather than a database-driven template, there's far less to attack in the first place. We apply security patches every month and keep daily backups, so if anything ever went wrong we can roll straight back.
