The problem we kept seeing

Talk to enough business owners in Leeds and the same story comes up. There's a web developer who built the site two years ago and answers emails when he feels like it. There's someone else doing the Instagram. The two have never spoken. The website says one thing, the socials say another, and the owner is in the middle — chasing invoices, re-explaining the brand, and paying twice for the privilege.

None of these people are bad at their jobs. The structure is the problem. Your website and your social media are one thing to your customers — one brand, one voice, one impression. Splitting them across suppliers guarantees they drift apart, and guarantees you become the unpaid project manager holding it together.

So we built the boring, obvious fix

Vesica does both, as one service, for one published monthly fee. The same team that designs and builds your website writes and designs your social media content. Same brand voice, same photography style, same understanding of what you're trying to sell. One monthly report. One invoice. One person to ring when you want something changed.

The fee covers the lot: a custom-coded website (no page-builder templates), hosting, SSL, email, security updates, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and your social content — written, designed, scheduled and managed. Bundles start at £99 a month, and if you only want the website, there's a web-only plan at £79. Every price is published on our pricing page, because "contact us for a quote" usually means "we'll size the number to your shoes".

What we deliberately do differently

The industry has a few habits we've opted out of. Lock-in contracts: ours is a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no exit fees. Held-hostage websites: your site files become yours after 12 months, and your domain, Google profile and social pages are in your name from day one. Vanishing after launch: the monthly model means we're in your accounts and on your site every single week — we can't disappear, it's literally the product. Slow builds: your site is live within 14 days of onboarding, or the onboarding fee is refunded.

Why Leeds, specifically

Because we're from here, we're based here, and local matters in this trade more than people admit. Knowing the difference between a Headingley café crowd and a Horsforth one changes what you write. Being able to walk into your shop, taste the food, photograph the actual work — that's the difference between content that sounds like you and content that sounds like a content calendar. We serve Leeds and West Yorkshire first; further afield is case-by-case.

An honest note about being new

We won't pretend to be something we're not: Vesica is new. No "established 2008" badge, no wall of five-star reviews — and we'd rather have none than fake ones. Instead, we're making it worth your while to be early. Our first five Leeds clients get the £249 onboarding fee waived and their first month half price, in exchange for one honest Google review after 60 days. That's the deal — you get founding-client pricing, we earn our reputation the proper way.

If that sounds fair, tell us about your business — we reply within 2 hours during business hours. And if you're still shopping around, start with our guide to what a website should actually cost in Leeds, so nobody can pull the wool over your eyes. Including us.
