The short answer

Clear Skin Clinic is an aesthetics and laser clinic on Darley Street in Bradford, established over ten years, led by a Level 5 qualified practitioner. The clinic had the treatments, the reviews and the prices. Its website was a legacy WordPress build on slow shared hosting: mobile Lighthouse 64, with a largest contentful paint of 7.3 seconds — measured, not guessed. Three-quarters of its visitors were staring at a blank screen before they ever saw a word.

The rebuild went live on the clinic's own domain at the start of October 2026. Thirty-five pages: every treatment, every skin concern, published prices, the practitioner's qualifications, real reviews and a working enquiry route.

The live site at clearskinclinic.co.uk — treatments, published prices and the clinic's Booksy booking kept intact.

What was wrong

Slow was only the symptom. The old site's theme loaded megabytes of code to show a menu; enquiries ran through a form with no confirmation; and the structure gave Google one thin page per treatment where it needed detail. A clinic that publishes its prices and its practitioner's Level 5 qualification deserves a site that shows both in the first screen.

What we built

  • A page for every treatment — Endolaser, Morpheus8, Profhilo, fillers, laser hair removal — and every skin concern, written answer-first with the price visible.
  • One-to-one redirects from every old address, so pages that had earned their place in Google kept it. The old WordPress system was retired entirely.
  • A real enquiry form with spam protection and a confirmation to the enquirer, alongside the clinic's existing Booksy booking.
  • Security headers, consent-gated analytics and a cookie banner that actually records the choice.
  • Honest review framing: the site shows the clinic's real ratings, labelled by where they come from.

What we do not claim

Ranking numbers — the rebuild is weeks old and search takes months. What we can say is measured: the old site's mobile performance score was 64 with a 7.3-second LCP; the new one is built to the same performance bar we hold our own site to. The clinic owns its domain, its booking system and its data throughout, on our Starter plan at £99 a month.
